Exceeding government guidelines for school operations during the pandemic, Sacred Heart of Jesus Daycare is fully open.

 

We deeply believe that providing a school environment where young children experience quality and loving care in a triangular way—spiritually, socially, and academically—is unique and Godly. Thus, as we maintain our Mission as Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, we continue to care and love for our children when Mommies and Daddies are not around!

PURPOSE

To lay a solid foundation for the education of each child, by preparing him/her socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically in order to enter elementary school. To nurture and encourage the special relationship children have with Jesus by teaching them, in a loving and caring atmosphere, life’s most important lessons of prayer and God’s boundless love for each of them.

OBJECTIVES

To give each child the opportunity to develop themselves by using his/her mental and physical abilities.

 

To help each child feel loved by Jesus, parents, the Sisters, and teachers.

To promote learning by:

  1. creating a climate of discovery

  2. extending and enriching the child’s own interest

  3. reinforcing what the child does well

  4. helping the child feel confident

  5. avoiding comparison

  6. initiating activities for individual children who need them

  7. adapting activities to each child’s needs.

ADMISSIONS

Sacred Heart of Jesus Daycare-Preschool-Kindergarten, Inc. accepts all children ages 2-6 regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national origin or ancestry.
